Please make use of our advice and support and choose carefully. We are here for you to give expert advice on all product and services we offer.

Any returns need to be in new condition. All items remain property of Wings & Waves Ltd until paid in full. If not paid in full 3 months after the invoice due date, we reserve the right to sell the items and keep your deposit.

Courses, trips and other experiences with Wings & Waves Ltd.

All fees are payable in advance and non-refundable. To ensure safe training and progression, courses need to be completed within 4 months unless otherwise agreed and stated on this invoice. Continuity and currency are important safety factors. Besides this, we as operators are obliged to renew our certifications in different intervals and may no longer be able to supply the service. We employ and pay staff per term according to booking and sales. Please check details with us; we are sometimes somewhat flexible with these conditions.

All course re subject to our conditions and risk disclosure as stated on our participants form which you need to sign when do your first course with us. This form is available on our website wingsandwaves.co.nz/bookings.

No course entitles the participant to a sign off to any rating or license. Such are subject to skills and achievements and are ultimately at the sole discretion of the instructors.

cancellation policy​

We organise, employ and pay staff according to your bookings to ensure we are available to cater for your bookings.

​

To be fair to staff, we cannot change their schedules or income last minute. Hence, you need to cancel or change at least 48 hours before the 9am weather call for the day. Any cancellations after that may result in your voucher being considered spent. No refunds will be given and courses / flights may not be able to be rebooked after that 48hr period.
