Mike Ferguson has never worked for Wings & Waves on his own merit, but only ever as an assistant under close supervision.

WW terminated his employment due to unsuitability for the job and negative customer feedback.

His "instructor rating" was signed at minimum requirements, which are very low in NZ, much lower than e.g. Australia or Europe.

Due to his immoral online behaviour, e.g. a sugar daddy sex site, we explicitly distance ourselves from Mike Ferguson.

Mike has also threatened to kill one of our competition organisers and attacked and threatened other members of our flying community in a manner that some feel unsafe.
